Soprano Eva Esterková is a graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, where she studied with doc. Helena Kaupová.
She made her theatrical debut in 2012, in the role of Eliška Pomořanská in the musical Noc na Karlštejně. Thanks to this performance she was invited to perform in many Czech theatres.
Her roles include Susanna and Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro by W. A. Mozart, Zerlina in Don Giovanni, Blonde in Die Entführung aus den Serail, Pamina First Lady and Papagena in Die Zauberflöte by W. A. Mozart, Leila in Les Pêscheurs de Perles by G. Bizet, Esmeralda in The Bartered Bride and Harvester in Libuše by B. Smetana, Cristel in Die Vogelhändler by C. Zeller, First Sprite and Kitchen Boy in Rusalka by A. Dvořák, Anna in Nabucco by G. Verdi, Serpina in La Serva Padrona by G. B. Pergolesi, Anna Franková in monoopera by G. Frid and Oberto in Alcina by G. F. Händel.
In 2017, she debuted at the National Theatre in Prague in the role of Barbarina. In 2018, to mark the centenary of the founding of Czechoslovakia, Eva sang the role of Harvester in Libuše by Bedřich Smetana. She also performed the role of Zerlina in Don Giovanni for the National Theatre at the Estates Theatre.
Her international performances include Susanna and Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro, Anna in Nabucco, Kitchen Boy in Rusalka and Serpina in La Serva Padrona.
